PAN-TOASTED OKRA

2 TB butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. okra, trimmed and cut into ½” lengths
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté garlic over medium heat for 1 minute. Add okra and cook for 20 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
