2 c. sugar
¼ c. cocoa
½ c. whole milk
1 stick butter
3 c. oats
1 t. vanilla
½ c. peanut butter, optional
½ c. coconut, optional
½ c. chopped pecans, optional
In saucepan, stir sugar, cocoa, milk and butter; bring to boil. Boil for one minute exactly. Take from heat and stir in oats and vanilla (and other optional ingredients if desired). Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. The cookies will look gewey but will firm up when cool.
