BLONDE BROWNIES

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 t. water
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. + 4 TB flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cream butter with mixer on low speed. Add sugars then water, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in a greased 9X13 pan for about 30 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut in squares.
