Piecrust
¼ c. flour
1-3/4 c. sugar
½ t. salt
½ c. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
½ c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
1 t. lemon extract
Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add butter and eggs and beat slightly with whisk. Stir in buttermilk, beating with a spoon; blend in flavorings. Pour into unbaked piecrust and bake 45-50 minutes.
