1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
¼ t. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
½ t. vanilla
Whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and pecans. Beat the egg whites and gradually add the sugar and salt; fold in the vanilla. Stir into the crumbs and pecans. Bake in greased pie pan for 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
