TACO SOUP

2 lbs. Ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
Oil
3 – 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can ranch style beans
1 can hominy
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. dry taco mix

In Dutch oven cook cook ground beef and onion in oil until meat is browned and onion is soft. Add rest of ingredients (do not drain liquids off of canned vegetables) and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. If it is too thick add a little tomato juice or beef bouillon.
