CREAM OF GREEN CHILE CHICKEN SOUP

1 jar Cookwell & Co. Green Chile Stew
2 c. heavy cream or half and half
1 Rotisserie chicken, deboned
1 c. frozen corn kernels

Combine Green Chile Stew Mix and cream in a 6 qt pot. Warm over medium high heat until liquid comes to a slow simmer. Add chicken and corn to warm green chile mixture and allow it to return to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, garnish with lime and/or cilantro.
