FRENCH CHESS PIE

Piecrust
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 TB cream
2 TB butter, melted
2 lemons (juice and zest)

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Beat eggs; add sugar and cream. Beat in melted butter, lemon juice and zest. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees and reduce heat to 325. Bake about 30 more minutes, or until pie filling is firm.
