SOUR CREAM SQUARES

These are fabulous -- alone or alongside the 3-D Brownies.  Bet ya can't eat just one!

Crust:
1 c. flour
¼ c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter, softened

Blend in food processor and pour into greased 9X13 pyrex dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Filling:
2-8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix well and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Topping:
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. vanilla

Mix well and pour over filling. Bake 5 min @ 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate before serving. Cut into 1” squares.
