SOUR CREAM POTATOES

4 medium Idaho potatoes
1c. grated cojack cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, finely diced, optional
½ c. grated cojack

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes whole with skin on; peel and grate them. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the ½ c. cojack cheese. Put in 9X9 buttered casserole dish. Spread rest of cheese on top. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes.
