2 cans smoked oysters, drained
2 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small onion finely diced (or to taste)
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
1 TB to ¼ c. mayo (enough to spread and to taste)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Mash the oysters and cream cheese together. Stir in the onion, Worchestershire sauce, mayo, salt and pepper. Top with fresh parsley.
Serve with crackers.
