SALMON BALL

1 lg. can red Sockeye salmon
1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Grated onion to taste
Fresh lemon juice, about 1 TB.
Pinch salt
Horseradish to taste, optional
1/3 c. chopped pecans, optional

Stir together salmon, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, salt and horseradish. Chill and then form a ball. If desired roll ball in chopped pecans.

Serve with crackers.
