16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple, well-drained
¼ c. minced red pepper (or celery if preferred)
2 t. minced green onion
2 t. seasoned salt
¾ c. finely chopped pecans
Chopped pecans for outside of ball
Stir all ingredients together. Chill and shape into a ball. Pat pecans over ball and chill.
Serve with crackers.
