1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
½ c. pickled jalapeno peppers, finely diced
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
½ c. flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer cheeses and peppers in greased 9X13 baking dish. Mix together the milk, eggs and flour and pour over the cheese mixture. Bake about 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
