IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE AKA CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE

¾ c. sugar
½ c. Bisquick
2 TB butter, melted
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
2-1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, stir together in above order until mixed well. Pour into a buttered pie plate and bake for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
