2 egg whites, room temperature
pinch salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat egg whites until foamy; add salt.  Continuing to beat gradually add sugar and beat to stiff peaks.  Fold in pecans and chips.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.  Put in oven; turn off and leave overnight.
