BLUE CHEESE DIP FOR BUFFALO WINGS



This is the perfect dip for wings or chicken balls, but I also dipped my raw veggies in it as well.  It is in the picture with the buffalo chicken balls which are oh so yummy!!

½ c. sour cream
¼ c. mayonnaise
½ c. crumbled blue cheese
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1 TB milk or buttermilk
Juice of ½ lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Franks Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, optional

Pulse the sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, milk, and lemon juice in a mini food processor or blender until combined but still chunky.  Season with salt and pepper.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 

If desired, drizzle with the wing sauce.
