It’s summertime, and a cool slushie makes the hot, humid
days we’re having much easier to tolerate!
I got this recipe out of a Food Network Magazine, and it is truly
delicious. Just get the watermelon in
the freezer a few hours before you are ready for the cocktail. Enjoy!
4 c. chopped watermelon, frozen at least 2 hours or
overnight
½ c. frozen limeade concentrate
3 oz. silver tequila
3 oz. orange liqueur, like Cointreau or Triple Sec
Juice of 1 lime
Blend all ingredients in a blender until slushy. Top glass with margarita salt, if desired.
