One
of our favorite Mexican food restaurants makes a killer margarita that has a
splash of cranberry juice, and we can’t resist having at least one when we go
there – sometimes as many as two if we are eating enough food to absorb the
alcohol so we can safely drive home. We
sat at the bar and watched them make it one time so this is our version as
close as we can get to theirs. It is
always received well, especially because it isn’t too sweet or too tart. Eric made these for the YaYas when we were in
LA, and he did a superb job – we definitely had our limit!
