Summer slicing-size tomatoes (1 per person)
Beef bouillon cubes
Parmesan Cheese
Slice the top off of tomato. Core out just enough space to fit ½ of a small beef bouillon cube (or about 1/3 of Knorr size). Stuff inside tomato and cover entire tomato top generously with parmesan cheese. Cook on foil on grill at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
