2 cans niblets corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
3 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
½ stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small casserole dish with Pam or grease with butter. Mix cans of corn and eggs together and season with salt and pepper; put in dish. Dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour or until it looks congealed.
