1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 TB. butter
Dash of Tabasco
¼ c. sliced mushrooms
¼ c. chopped celery
¼ c. chopped onions
1 – 6 oz. jar or roll of Kraft garlic cheese
Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms until softened. Add soup, broccoli and cheese and cook slowly until cheese is melted and blended, stirring constantly. Add Tabasco. Keep warm and serve with your favorite dipping chip or cracker.
