HOLLY’S SPICED PECANS
1 c. sugar
½ t. cinnamon
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1-1/2 c. pecans
½ t. vanilla
In medium saucepan mix sugar and cinnamon. Stir in milk and cook to soft-ball stage. Add pecans and vanilla. Stir until hard and dump on waxpaper. Separate pecans.
