WHIPPING CREAM TOPPING
1 c. heavy cream
¼ c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Whip cream on high speed until almost stiff. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. Spread over top of cooled pie or dollop on desserts.
